Right-of-Way Valuation Services Our right-of-way
valuation division has a wealth of experience in handling the
simplest or most complex right-of-way assignments.
Martin + Wood Appraisal Group, Ltd. is approved and under
contract with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) for
right-of-way acquisition services for appraisal, appraisal review,
and value analysis.
Kevin Shroeder and Ken Wood serve as project managers for the
right-of-way division and both have extensive experience in expert
witness testimony and in managing large right-of-way projects.
We are approved and have completed assignments for numerous
federal, state, and local government agencies including Ohio
Attorney General’s Office and Ohio Department of Transportation.
